ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To become an approved ASMC correspondent please submit the following information:
- Two executed Residential Mortgage Loan Origination and Purchase Agreements. (We will execute both and return one.)
- Resolution of the Board of Directors authorizing certain officers to sell loans to ASMC.
- Credit report on principals (waived for supervised lenders).
- Resumes on officers involved in originating and selling mortgage loans.
- List of lender references currently selling loans to.
- FHA & VA approvals, if applicable.
- Financial statement.
- Copy of Brokers License for each state in which you are doing business.
After approval you will be invited to our Oklahoma City office to be introduced to operation and key personnel with whom you will have contact. |
